Omaha Eppley Airfield has a single passenger terminal distributed at both lower and upper levels by Central, South (right-side), and North (left-side) Terminals.

The Central Terminal building includes the rental car counters, ground transportation center, ATMs, and the Eppley Conference Center. From the upper level of the terminal building, the Skywalks has a service provided for air travelers and carries them from South and North Terminals to the parking garage. At the main terminal and concourses, food and drink facilities are provided.

The lower level of the main terminal is used for the baggage claim with entry doors N 1 and N 2 for South Terminal, door N 3 for Central Terminal, and doors N 4 and N 5 for North Terminal. The lower level houses arrivals, rental car counters, First Aid, Lost and Found, ATM, food & drink, and via outside ground transportation passengers have access to Surface Parking Lot.

The upper level includes the check-in facilities, food court, shops, escalators, conference center, and banking services.

The South Terminal hosts Concourse A, which consists of Gates A1-A10, Baggage Claim belts 1-3. It serves the following airlines, such as Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, Delta Allegiant Air, Frontier Airlines, and Air Lines. Passengers can check the precise boarding gate assignments for the airlines: Alaska Airlines (Gate: A9), American Airlines (Gates: A6-A8, A10), Delta Air Lines (Gates: A2-A5), and Frontier Airlines (Gate: A1).

The North Terminal has Concourse B, which includes boarding gates B11-B20, along with Baggage Claim belts 4-6, and serves Allegiant Air, United Airlines, and Southwest Airlines. Gate assignments for the airlines are the following: Allegiant Air (Gate: B19), Southwest Airlines (Gates: B16-B18), and United Airlines (Gates: B11-B14). Boarding Gates B15 and B20 are unassigned.
